SMM manager in DreamX

DreamX is looking for a creative SMM specialist to work closely with our marketing department to help us create and promote the company's social networks. DreamX is a Ukrainian outsourcing company specializing in complex design, namely: UX/UI, Redesign, UX Audit, Rebranding and provides web and mobile development for long-term projects. 🥷Necessary hard skills: Knowledge of English at the Intermediate+ level; Experience in promoting IT products or in related fields; Experience in working with social media. networks (LinkedIn, Twitter); Mastery of the basics of SMM, including understanding of social algorithms. networks; Have basic analytical skills for working with metrics; Creativity and attention to detail; Writing skills. Connections: Development and implementation of the company's social media strategy, namely LinkedIn and Twitter; Creation of a content plan based on the strategy; Creation and publication of content (SMM will work with designers, not design in Canva. Ideas from SMM - from DreamX implementation. All visuals on designers. From SMM - only texts for posts.); Interaction with the audience, responses to comments, etc.; Monitoring and analysis of campaign effectiveness; Monitoring and analysis of trends, competitors; Work with Behance and Dribbble platforms. ➕ Will be a plus: Understanding of Behance, Dribbble platforms and experience working with these platforms. 💵What do we offer to an employee in this position?
