Main duties:

• Implementation of SMM strategy;
• HR Department support;
• Management of the internal platform: creation and publication of content, moderation of comments and support of employee activity;
• Management of external social networks Facebook and LinkedIn;
• Launching Instagram;
• Regular analysis of the effectiveness of communication campaigns and content, preparation of reports and recommendations.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Work experience: at least 2 years in the position of SMM Manager;
• Teamwork and flexibility: ability to interact effectively with different teams and management levels;
• Initiative and creativity: the ability to propose new ideas and approaches to improve internal communications;
• Content work skills: ability to create high-quality text and visual content, knowledge of the basics of copywriting and graphic design
