We invite an SMM manager to join the cafe-restaurant management team. Main job duties: Development and approval of the promotion and content strategy: analysis of CA and competitors, search for relevant sites with a high concentration of CA, formation of a loyalty system. Development, configuration, launch, management of advertising: launching promotional materials and targeted advertising in social networks, conducting contests, flash mobs, raffles. Reputation management: collecting feedback from CAs, increasing trust in the brand, working with the pain points of potential and existing customers, processing objections. Maintaining and moderating accounts or controlling performers , to whom part of the work tasks are delegated. Community management: adjusting discussions in social media, working with negativity, providing operational support in social networks, etc. Requirements: work experience in the field of marketing; understanding of the peculiarities of the restaurant business market; proactive life position, communicativeness; responsible attitude to work; willingness to work in the office.
