Our client is an international company in the field of cosmetics and products looking for an SMM manager. Requirements: Higher education. Work experience of 2 years or more. English language - Upper Intermediate. Very good presentation and communication skills Digital native: strategic and practical understanding and implementation of digital communications and projects (SoMe, video, etc.).In-depth understanding of SoMe algorithms.Knowledge or experience with video/photo/digital tools: CANVA, PHOTOSHOP, etc.Flexibility for international/domestic travel and meetings. Knowledge or experience of cosmetics/health products would be beneficial. Knowledge or experience of MLM/direct sales will be an advantage. Responsibility, autonomy, honesty and a desire for self-improvement. Responsibilities: Execution of communication strategy: translation and adaptation of materials (collection, product leaflets, videos, labeling, etc.), cooperation with a trainer/expert from products to create design for print/digital product materials.Product activation management and execution: monthly activation communication and promotion, development of monthly offer catalog and adaptation of digital materials for new store, special activation, webinars, trainings. Digital communication: managing SoMe channels (strategy - content - publishing - administration), content creation (product, people, business, lifestyle) and video creation, expanding the reach and engagement of the company's social media pages, supporting the team with new digital improvements and adaptation of the company's digital projects, project promotion through SoMe and digital channels. Cooperation with the leaders and headquarters of the company. The company offers: Official employment. Remote work format.
