As a Social Media Specialist (SMM), you will have the opportunity to bring your ideas and strategies to life, working with cool, well-known brands. ✅Responsibilities: Creation and execution of SMM strategies 3-5 projects: Development and implementation of social media promotion strategies for clients of the agency. Taking into account the specifics of each platform and adapting the content to the target audience. Content management: Creation and editing of creative content (texts, photos and video content with a team photographer and videographer) for various social media platforms. Planning and regular publication of posts in accordance with the strategy. Analysis and optimization: Analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns together with the Guchno Agency targetologist, determining key performance indicators (KPI). Implementation of corrections to optimize results. Communication with clients: Maintaining communication with clients together with the head of the agency. Monitoring trends: Actively studying innovations and trends in the field of SMM for constant updating of strategies and approaches, discussion at the weekly Monday meeting with the team (online or offline format). ✅Requirements: Experience in the field of SMM.
