SMM manager in Adonis plyus

We are looking for a talented and creative SMM Manager to be responsible for the development and management of our social media channels. In this role, you will be responsible for the creation and implementation of social media strategies, planning and promotion of content, interaction with the community, analysis of results and tracking of trends. Scope of activity: innovative projects in the medical field on the international market (USA, Europe) medicine and work with IVF , surrogate motherhood. Main responsibilities: Development and implementation of social media strategies aimed at increasing the presence and influence of our company in the digital space. Development of a strategy for project promotion in social networks Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin, assessment of feasibility of promotion in Tik Tok, interaction with target specialist for the implementation of the strategy. Creation of a content plan for promotion in social networks according to the sales funnel (5 projects, 10 pages in total). Writing posts in English and Ukrainian for each project according to the content plan and tone of voice, preparing banners for posts ( posts are aimed at patients and do not require scientific formulations). Preparation of stories and reels for projects, publication according to the content plan. Conducting communication in Direct and in comments. Preparation and distribution of letters via Mailchimp and Mailgun. Interaction with other departments of the company to collect the necessary information (feedback, clinical cases, etc.) Achieving KPIs, namely: fulfillment of planned indicators for the increase in the number of subscribers; fulfillment of planned indicators for audience engagement (ERR); English language skills at level B2 and above (written). Requirements: Work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years. Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their functions and tools. Creative thinking and the ability to create attractive and engaging content. The ability to analyze data and use it to improve strategies. High level of communication skills and the ability to work in a team. Thorough understanding of all the possibilities and specifics of social networks, the ability to use all the necessary marketing tools to achieve KP. Experience in shooting and editing stories , reels (for large projects, a videographer will be involved). Global understanding of the interaction of marketing tools and platforms with each other.
