Aside from this you will also work ongenerating traffic and sales from our social media tothe website and enhance our community management, implementing customer-driven content strategies. Responsibilities Manage social media for the project across all channels including Instagram and TikTok askey platforms, and Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn assecondary platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team todevelop and execute asocial media strategy that aligns with broader marketing goals. Execute and maintain engaging daily content (text, image, video) across the platforms and placements. Coordinate with the design team and creators. Manage and evolve aneditorial content calendar and promotion plans. Produce weekly video content for social promotion and collaborate with influencers and creators. Monitor trends, analytics, and insights onaudience preferences and engagement rates. Provide data-driven recommendations tooptimize strategy. Execute strategy for community management, content moderation, and customer service across our social channels. Prepare reports onkey engagement metrics like followers’ growth, engagement rates, and lead generation for weekly and monthly reviews. Stay updated with the latest social media and content marketing best practices, technologies, and trends toincorporate into social strategy. Work cross-functionally with E-Commerce, PR, design, and support teams tooffer consumer insights that allow innovation ofvoice and content style. You will bereporting directly tothe E-Commerce Marketing Manager. Requirements 2+years ofexperience inthe international market (USA + EU). Proven experience inSMM, with atrack record ofsuccess. Solid understanding ofdigital marketing channels, acollaboration between SMM and E-Commerce. Extensive experience with website analytics tools such asGoogle Analytics and built-in social media platform analytics. Strong skills incontent creation and creative vision.
