Work in Kyiv. A hybrid schedule of 20% office/ 80% outside is possible. Duties: Participation in the development and implementation of the company's promotion strategy in social networks. Development of a content plan for social networks together with the team; Creation and maintenance of active accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other social networks; Monitoring of key performance indicators (reach, engagement); Creation of content for social networks: visual for stories, reels, posts, writing texts, as well as creating creative, photo/video content; Writing and editing content to promote the company's brand; Interaction with employees and partners to create joint content; Weekly reporting and analytics; Administration of the corporate website and Landing PageLanding PageLanding PageLanding (WordPress CMS ); Communicating with potential clients in social networks. Requirements: 3 years of experience as an SMM manager; Understanding of social networks and their algorithms; Promotion on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.; Orientation in modern SMM tools; Creativity and the ability to quickly respond to changes and trends in social networks; Experience working with the brand: tone of voice, promotion; Ability to set up targeted advertising independently; High level of competent written and oral communication; The ability to quickly switch between projects, meeting deadlines, promptness in responding to work communication and assigned tasks; Willingness to constantly learn and develop; Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Сanva, InShot or others. graphic design programs and video production programs. Knowledge of programs and services that automate and simplify posting.
