What we expect from you: Work experience in SMM from 1 year (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Telegram): understanding the specifics of working with social networks and their algorithms, promoting pages, increasing and maintaining audience engagement. Creation and promotion of new communication channels (Pinterest, TikTok). Market analysis in social networks (including the use of marketing tools). Ability to see/search for information drives for content creation. Ability to write engaging texts, successfully place accents, understanding of storytelling tools. Creative approach to creating photo and video content, ability to apply situational marketing. Generation of new ideas, formats and content rubric. Proficiency in SMM tools for planning posts, audience analysis, etc. Perfect command of the Ukrainian language and an English level not lower than Intermediate. Participation in external events (with a business trip), attending internal company events. High communication skills, the ability to conduct interviews for content creation with architects, entrepreneurs.High level of self-organization, proactivity and attention to detail.Ability to work in a team.Would be an advantage: Experience with video tools/video editors for editing, ability to create scripts for videos.Experience setting up Facebook/Instagram ads: audience segmentation , understanding of advertising campaign effectiveness metrics.
