IMPORTANT: we are considering candidates for FULL-TIME employment in the staff. You are our ideal candidate if: You are fluent in the written Ukrainian language, you know grammar perfectly. You have promotion experience brands in TikTok (it will be an advantage (!) Know Figma or Photoshop, Canva (experience in creating content for Stories). Can write structured texts for posts according to ToV. Have experience working with opinion leaders (full cycle — from search to creating a brief). Can analyze ER content. You have experience in organizing photo and video shoots. You understand the basics of marketing. You have experience working in the beauty field with cosmetics (preferably professional cosmetics). , high productivity, adhere to deadlines. You have 3 years of experience as an SMM specialist. What you need to do: Develop SMM strategies for the brand's social networks (Instagram, Tik-tok) and participate in the development of marketing strategies. Develop technical specifications for the photographer regarding the visual profile. Monitor trends in SMM and implement them on the page. Competent copywriting: writing creative posts, texts for advertisements and headlines for banners. Full Instagram account management: creation of content plan, Stories, visual component. Duplicate content on Facebook. Participate in the planning and organization of filming for social networks. Cooperate with targetologists for promotion.
