SMM manager in Dicentra

We are a flower holding that includes three brands: Floroteka (distribution of flowers for wholesale partners), Dicentra (e-commerce flower delivery project) and Flowerpot (the latest flower space for cut and indoor plants). For more than 10 years, we have been successfully developing in Kyiv and Lviv, delighting Ukrainians with flowers from all over the world and helping businesses in the country to get the best types of plants. We are ultra-fast and ultra-blooming, we are growing strongly and today we are inviting an SMM manager to the Flowerpot team. 🌱We will definitely find a common language if you: have successful experience in a similar position as an SMM/Content or Digital manager; you know how to create high-quality = unique content and ready to confirm this with real cases; skillfully shoot photos/videos and can do editing yourself; have skills in working with Google Analytics, Facebook Business/Ads Manager (will be an advantage); able to solve issues without micro-management and take responsibility for the result; a sociable, open person who equally competently communicates and writes in the Ukrainian language. 🌱Your tasks and areas of responsibility in the position: forming a strategy, content plan for Instagram and Facebook pages; planning and creating content and working with design; publishing content as approved schedule; analysis of performance indicators and readiness to increase them and generate ideas for their improvement; writing creative, interesting texts for posts; working with reviews on platforms where the brand is represented; formulating technical tasks for the development of layouts. 🌱 We offer: interesting tasks in a modern company , which develops and grows every year; a family subscription to support the Team and friendly interaction; a timely, competitive salary in accordance with your competencies and expectations; compensation for training and advanced training; official registration (paid sick leave and vacation); work in a flower space, which significantly reduces the level of stress :) corporate discount on all products. 🌱Working conditions: Office - Poshtova Ploshcha; Full time in the heart of Kyiv : Mon-Fri, 9.00-18.00 or 10.00-19.00 (we are also considering the option of a hybrid rhythm).
