MainCast is one of the leading eSports companies in Europe, specializing in content production and live broadcasts of Dota 2, Counter-Strike : Global Offensive, FIFA, Overwatch and other games. We are the official representative of ESL in Eastern Europe until 2027 with exclusive rights to broadcast more than 75% of Dota 2 and CS:GO premium tournaments. We are currently looking for an SMM manager to increase our reach and subscription growth by creating new content for YouTube and TikTok . Welcome =)

This role is for you if you:

• Are located and live in Kyiv
• Invent and create cool content for social networks yourself.
• Conduct analytics and draw conclusions based on data.
• Understand algorithms and interfaces (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).

• Follow trends in social networks.
• Do you know what Dota 2 and CS2 are

What you will do:

• Maintain content - a plan for our social networks (Instagram, TikTok).
• Start and lead discussions, answer questions from our users in social networks.
• Analyze profiles and negotiate collaborations in social networks.
• li>Experiment and experiment with AI.
• Increase organic reach, engagement and followers.
