Hello! We are a developer with 15 years of experience in development. We are building residential complexes and cottage towns in the suburbs of Kyiv.

We are currently looking for an SMM manager who will help us coolly "package" the developer's brand and our projects on the Ukrainian and international markets.

What you will need to do:

• Content planning: strategy and content creation for company projects.
• Graphic design: mastery of editors (Figma, Canva) etc.).
• Video editing: skills in creating Reels/TikTok in CapCut or similar programs.
• Production: cooperation with the film crew, production of TK and script writing.
• Influence marketing: search and development of cooperation with influencers.
• Additional channels: experience in managing Threads, LinkedIn and Telegram will be a plus.

• You have experience in launching projects.
• You understand complex products: you know how to work with niches where people take a long time to make decisions (real estate will be a big plus).
• You are good at visuals: you know what a good frame, dynamic editing is and how to make a stylish post without excessive pathos.
• You know how to talk about complex topics in a simple way and in an understandable language.
• We appreciate it when a person finds interesting information on his own and knows how to implement it in life.
