We have hundreds of brands and more than 15,000 products: gel polishes, bases, tops, tools, equipment, disposable materials for craftsmen. The office and warehouse are located in the center of Odessa (Athens shopping center).

Job description

We are looking for an SMM manager / content creator who will meet for creating photo and video content, managing social networks (Instagram, TikTok) and developing the brand's online image. 

Main responsibilities

• Video shooting and editing in the office/warehouse unpacking, comparisons, selections, trending formats)

• Management of Instagram and TikTok: content plan, Reels/Shorts, posts, stories

• Creation of thematic product selections for different categories of masters

• Analysis of content statistics (reach, views, engagement, transitions, orders) and optimization approach

• Participation in the formation of the content strategy and visual style of the brand

• Requirements for the candidate

• Experience in SMM / content creation from 1 year (preferably in the e-commerce or beauty sphere)

• Confident video shooting and video editing skills (Reels/TikTok/Shorts formats)

• Understanding the principles of promotion in social networks (algorithms, trends, content that sells)

• Analytical thinking, the ability to work with indicators and draw conclusions

• Self-discipline, independence, initiative

• Willingness to work offline from an office in the center of Odessa (the format does not involve remote work)
