River Mall - the largest shopping and entertainment center on the left bank of Kyiv invites an SMM manager to its team

Main tasks:

• Development and implementation of the SMM strategy of the mall.
• Planning, preparation and maintenance of the content plan for social networks: Instagram, Facebook and others digital channels.
• Creation of text and visual content: posts, stories, reels, event announcements, posters, advertising creatives.
• Coverage of promotions, store openings, events, seasonal campaigns and other shopping center activities.
• Setting tasks for the agency / contractors regarding the creation and management of content for TikTok, control of deadlines, quality of execution and compliance of brand communication content Shopping center.
• Coordination of contractors, bloggers, photographers, videographers and other partners.
• Community management: responses to comments and messages, feedback processing, support of active communication with the audience.
• Interaction with tenants to collect information, approve publications and implement joint activities.
• Analysis of the effectiveness of content, advertising campaigns and digital activities, preparation of reports and recommendations.
• Generation of ideas to increase traffic in shopping centers through digital channels and social networks.
  

Our expectations:

• Experience in the position of SMM manager / SMM specialist from 1-2 years.
• Experience in retail, lifestyle, entertainment, HoReCa or event marketing will be an advantage.
• Understanding social media trends and the ability to adapt them to the brand.
• Skills in copywriting, creating visual content and basic editing.
• Practical experience in Canva to create stories, posts, posters, banners, presentations and other visual materials.
• Experience with popular SMM editing tools and content processing: CapCut, InShot, VN, Adobe Express; basic knowledge of Figma, Photoshop or Premiere Pro will be an advantage.
• Experience coordinating contractors or agencies will be a plus.
• Understanding the basic principles of visual communication, editing and storytelling.
• Experience in running targeted advertising will be an advantage.
• Skills in analyzing the effectiveness of content and advertising campaigns.
• High level of self-organization, responsibility and ability to work in a multitasking environment.
• Communication, initiative and the ability to effectively interact with tenants, partners and contractors.
