SMM manager in Ladylike

LadyLike is a company specializing in the production and sale of women's clothing and accessories in Ukraine. Due to business expansion, we are looking for a creative and responsible SMM manager to join the team.

What you will do:

- Development and implementation of a promotion strategy in social networks;

- Content creation (texts, graphics, videos) for publications;

- Interaction with the audience, responding to comments and messages;

- Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and work over their optimization.

- Writing trend scripts for TikTok, Instagram Reels

- Organization and search for models for shooting photos, videos.

- Sometimes replacing a sales consultant in Kyiv stores (Useful for communicating with customers, their needs, studying trends)

Necessary experience:

- Knowledge of trends in SMM and experience working with analytical tools;

- Ability to work with AI, Photoshop, Canva or other graphic editors;

- High level of creativity and communication.
