We are looking for an SMM manager!

What we expect from you:

• Experience in marketing from 2 years, in particular in the management of social networks.
• Skills in working with montage and design tools (CapCut, Figma) and artificial intelligence to automate processes.
• Experience in setting up targeted advertising campaigns and the ability to evaluate their effectiveness will be a plus.
• Free command of the Ukrainian language, literacy and knowledge of English equally to create content with the help of AI if necessary.
• Proactivity and desire to develop.

Responsibilities:

• Creation and implementation an effective strategy for promoting the company's accounts on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, focusing on attracting new followers and interacting with them.
• Management of the company's social networks in accordance with the defined content plan, with an emphasis on increasing brand awareness.
• Setting up and monitoring of advertising campaigns, regular evaluation of their effectiveness and adjustments to achieve optimal of results.
• Leadership and assistance to local specialists in the direction of the development of social networks in the countries where the company is represented: Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Poland.
• Active participation in the organization and promotion of professional events held by the company with the aim of strengthening the brand.
• Introduction of new content formats, testing of different approaches and ideas to increase engagement communities.
• Cooperation with other departments to integrate social media campaigns into the company's overall marketing strategy.
• Finding new ideas that will help the company look relevant and maintain a high level of interaction with the audience.
