We are looking forSMM / An influence manager at the level of "making a result", not "running a page".

Responsibilities:

• development and implementation of SMM strategy, development of company positioning
• management of social networks (Instagram, Telegram, TikTok)
• creation of a content plan, rubrics and visual concept for the formation of a positive brand image
• formation and maintenance of brand book (brand style)
• management of messengers and communication with the audience
• work with influencers (as needed)
• promotion through targeting (as needed)
• analysis of indicators (ER, reach, subscribers, sales)
• preparation of monthly reports
• generation of ideas for activities and content
• participation in budget planning

We value initiative, systematicity and a sense of style, not just execution tasks.

Main requirements:

• 2-3 years of work experience in SMM
• ability to work in Photoshop
• skills in creating pages and animations
• understanding of brand positioning and visual communication
• ability to analyze social media indicators
• responsibility and creative thinking
• living in Kyiv (partial offline meetings)
