SMM manager in ALFA Smart Agro

We invite to our team an SMM specialist who is interested in experimenting with content and launching strong advertising campaigns.

Main responsibilities:

• Development of SMM strategy to promote products and company brand
• Creation and implementation of content plan for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube
• Cooperation with marketer and designer in preparation of materials for posts, stories, advertising campaigns
• Participation in the organization and conduct of photo and video shoots (including field, product)
• Establishing cooperation with bloggers and opinion leaders
• Starting and optimizing communications in Meta Ads Manager
• Preparation, design and launch of e-mails and messengers
• Analysis of coverage, engagement, effectiveness of content, advertisements, mailings

Expectations from the candidate:

• Experience in a similar position from 2 years
• Copywriting skills
• Ability to create interesting visual and video content
• Knowledge of graphic editors (Canva, Figma) and video tools (InShot, CapCut, etc.)
• Understanding modern digital trends and viral formats
• Creativity, proactivity, ability to work in a team
• Experience of launching targeted advertising in Meta Ads Manager
• Experience of working with eSputnik, SendPulse or similar platforms will be an advantage.
