SMM manager in Ananta Medicare

Leading pharmaceutical company "Ananta Medicare Ukraine Ltd." invites you to participate in the competition for the vacant position of SMM manager.

Main duties:

• Analysis: Analysis of the market, target audience and competitors to determine the best way of promotion;
• Strategy development: Development and implementation of the company's promotion strategy in social networks (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and others);
• Creation and planning of content: Development of a content plan and creation of various types of content (texts, images, videos) that will be interesting and attract the audience;
• Promotion: Setting up and launching advertising campaigns, working with bloggers and influencers, holding contests and other promotions;
• Interaction with the audience: Responses to comments and subscriber questions, working with feedback, conducting surveys and promotions;
• Analytics: tracking statistics, analyzing the effectiveness of content and advertising campaigns, adjusting the strategy based on the received data;
• Budgeting: Planning and controlling the costs of advertising and other marketing activities

 Requirements:

• Experience in the field of SMM from 2x years;
• Knowledge and understanding of the basic principles of social networks;
• Ability to analyze and build long-term brand promotion strategies;
• Experience in launching advertising campaigns;
• Ability to create quality and attractive content;
• Knowledge of English (intermediate level) is desirable (social networks are conducted in 2 languages - Ukrainian and English);
• Creativity and the ability to work in a team;
• Ability to work with Adobe Photoshop, Canva or other photo and video editing programs;
• Ability to work in Meta Business Suite
