SMM manager in Gordienko V.O, FOP

I am the co-founder of Glide SMM Studio— a team engaged in complex strategic SMM. Now we are looking for a content manager who will be part of my dream team!

What will be your duties:
• creating a content plan for projects according to the strategy (scripting stories and reels, as well as writing posts)
• designing stories (design in accordance with the developed corporate style. We work mainly in Figma, if you don’t know how, we will teach you)
• communication with the client regarding the desired content plan and approval of the KP with the project manager and the client
• writing reports and compiling analytics on the work done

Post design and installation of reels are not includes the duties of a content manager!

Who is our ideal candidate:
• you have more than 1 year of experience in SMM (if you don't have experience - leave an application anyway)
• you understand that SMM is not about beautiful pictures and texts, but about numbers, analytics and strategy. 
ideas and implement them as quickly as possible
• you are ready to listen, learn and improve your knowledge on a permanent basis

You are a great candidate if:
• you know how to work in a team(this is very important!)
• disciplined and do not miss deadlines
• you have high empathy (emotional intelligence)
• fast you absorb information and immediately apply it
• you are not afraid to ask questions if you do not understand something
• you know how to clearly set a task so that you are clearly understood
• you are constantly learning and developing not only as a professional, but also as a person
