SMM manager in DroneUA

DroneUA is expanding its team and is looking for an SMM manager who will work with technological content, develop the presence of the brand in social networks and help shape the public image of the company as an integrator of modern innovative solutions.

DroneUA works with technologies that change industries — from unmanned systems and robotics to energy solutions and data analytics. Social networks for DroneUA are not just a channel of communication, but a tool for the systematic delivery of expertise, cases, events and technological context.

This position is for a specialist who knows how to work with content, understands the logic of platforms and is able to combine creativity with analytics and teamwork.

Who we are looking for

We are considering a candidate with the following background and skills:

• experience in SMM or content direction from 2 years;
• understanding of the working principles and specifics of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube platforms;
• practical skills of photo and video shooting, basic video editing (required);
• experience with Meta Business, Canva, VN or CapCut tools;
• knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Photoshop will be an advantage;
• ability to work with the structure of content: rubrics, content plans, series of materials;
• availability of a portfolio or work examples is desirable.

Basic tasks

• work in a team with copywriters, designers, PR managers and other specialists;
• management and development of DroneUA pages on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X: posting, profile design, relevant links;
• creation of content for social networks, in particular video content and materials for YouTube;
• analysis of results: work with statistics, preparation of reports, evaluation of content effectiveness;
• participation in company events, trips and filming: creation of content from locations (interviews, stories, backstage, events).
