And that's what we want. With the tiktokization of social networks, the feed is shaped by what you are really interested in, not what you follow. So we don't chase followers, we want to create quality relevant content that will strengthen the brand.
So we are looking for an SMM Manager to work with SMM channels to manage the company's reputation.
You you will be responsible for:
— Planning, development and implementation of a content plan for company pages in social networks on Ukrainian and international markets (Instagram skelar.tech, Instagram skelar.global, LinkedIn, Telegram, Facebook);
— Search creative solutions to increase the reach and engagement of the audience: partnerships, influencers, creative campaigns;
— Presentation of TK to a team of copywriters, designers, target experts;
— Interaction with the audience in social networks (answers to comments, requests);
— Evaluation of effectiveness, formation and implementation of hypotheses to improve results.
— We also plan to launch TikTok. And you will be able to take up this challenge together with our videographer.
You will work with the Comms team, which already has 15 strong communicators and designers. And your manager will beIra Franchuk, Head of Communications at SKELAR.
