• Territory of Service - engineering services (heating, plumbing, ventilation, electricity) equipment
• Dirty-No - professional cleaning

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

The main thing (70% of the time) is visits to objects:

• Photography of the installation of heating, ventilation, and plumbing systems works
• Creation of photo/video content "before/after" cleaning services
• Filming of installed equipment in real operating conditions
• Interviews with clients, feedback on the camera
• Creation of Stories, Reels, TikTok from construction sites and objects

In the office (30% of time):

• Content plan planning for 3 lines of business
• Photo/video processing
• Writing sales and informative texts
• Social media management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• SMM analytics and reporting activities
• Interaction with the sales department and installers

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO HAS

Required:

• Portfolio with real SMM management cases (preferably for manufacturing/service companies or related niches)
• Experience in creating video content for social networks (Reels, Stories, TikTok)
• Smartphone photo/video shooting skills + basic editing
• Ability to write sales and interesting texts in Ukrainian
• Readiness for regular visits to facilities (in the city and region)
• Knowledge of SMM trends and understanding of social media algorithms

Will be an advantage:

• Work experience with CapCut, InShot, Canva, Photoshop
• Understanding the specifics of construction and repair services
• Experience in managing social networks for B2C and B2B at the same time
• Driver's license category B
• Availability of own car
