SMM manager in Zahidniy Bug, PP

Private enterprise "ZACHIDNY BUG" - an agricultural company whose main activities are the cultivation of grain, technical and fodder crops, their storage and sale, is looking for a SMM manager for full-time work in the office.

Main tasks:

• Development and implementation of SMM strategy in social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Creating a content plan and its implementation: writing texts, selecting visual content, creating layouts for stories and posts, editing Reels.
• Development of creative photo and video content.
• Participation in professional photo and video shoots.
• Communicating with subscribers and managing brand reputation according to tone of voice (TOV): responses to comments, personal messages in Direct, responding to audience activity.
• Tracking trends and finding ideas for content.
• Analysis of the effectiveness of SMM campaigns and preparation of reports based on work results.
• Track results, analyze audience engagement and adapt approaches to increase engagement.
• Collaboration with designers and other specialists to create effective content.

Requirements:

• Experience as an SMM manager for at least 2 years.
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language, ability to create competent and interesting texts.
• Ability to analyze metrics and adjust the promotion strategy based on them.
• Skills in working with graphic editors (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) will be an advantage.
• Responsibility, creativity, ability to work in a team.
• Organization and structure.
• Result orientation.
