SMM Manager in King Grup

We are actively expanding projects and scaling the presence of brands in social networks. Therefore, we are looking for an SMM Manager who can help build high-quality communication with the audience, maintain the brand's tone of voice and create content that will "hook" users.

Must-have:
· 1-4 years of experience managing Instagram, Telegram, Tiktok for commercial brands; cases of starting from scratch or "reanimation".
· Ability to build a content strategy and a 6-8 week content plan for each brand (pillars, headings, frequency, formats, tone of voice).
· Cross-brand management: clearly separate ToV/guides of different brands; basic adaptation to the specifics of the platform.
· Community management: prompt responses in comments/DM, escalation to support according to SOP.
· Briefing and production: assign tasks to the SMM designer (formats/messages/deadlines), control quality and timings, launch A/B Variations.
· Analytics and Hypotheses: Understanding ER, Reach, Impressions, CTR, Saves/Shares; hypothesis formulation > short tests > conclusions. Ability to build reports.
· Working skills in google sheets, Jira, Notion, Slack, Asana, Figma, AI-tools for content creation
· Independence, proactivity, creativity, willingness to work in fast iterations.

Would be a plus:
· Experience in iGaming
· Basic understanding of Performance/Ads and coordination with media buying.
· Experience with Threads.
· Awareness of trends and memes.
· Work with UGC/influencers, contests/interaction mechanics.
· Language: working English (B2+).

Tools in work:
Meta Business Suite, inbox moderation tools; Notion/Jira (backlog, calendar), Google Sheets.
Analytics: built-in Meta, UTM/Bitly, basic GA4; weekly digests and monthly reports with conclusions/next steps.

Quality and standards:
Compliance of content with strategy, ToV, brand book

2-3 links to real accounts with short "was/became" and examples of hypotheses.
Sample content calendar for 2 weeks (any of the previous projects or a trial for a multi-brand grid).
Links to own social networks.
