We are announcing the opening of a SMM manager vacancy.  

To be successful in this position, you will need:

• experience in SMM work from 1.5 years (experience in the field of professional services - advantage)
• ability to create content that is read and viewed to the end
• strong copywriting skills (ability to write texts in various formats)
• confident command of tools for design content
• ability to work in Canva is a big plus
• ability to work in graphic editors (Photoshop / Illustrator) is an advantage
• video editing skills for social network
• knowledge of modern SMM trends and platform algorithms
• ability to create content quickly, stylishly and with a sense of brand
• English at Intermediate
• responsibility, structure, attention to details, creativity, desire to work and create

Your work tasks will include:

• creating content plan for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
• writing texts in various formats: posts, news, expert materials, intriguing headlines, short dynamic posts
• creating visual content: banners, stories, reels, publications
• video shooting and basic video editing (Reels, short videos, interviews)
• adaptation of content for each social network (style, format, visual)
• preparation of layouts for various platforms and types of content
• application of modern approaches in social networks: trends, algorithms, format innovations
• work with analytics, preparation of reports and recommendations
• active participation in the development of tone of voice of the brand and visual style

Work format:

Hybrid. It is possible to work in the office in Kyiv and remotely. However, it is important: during events, shootings, meetings and activities of the company, the SMM specialist must be present at the locations.
