Weopen avacancy ofan SMMManager . Responsibilities —Develop and implement social media strategies toincrease awareness ofour charitable initiatives, with aprimary focus onFacebook and Instagram; —Develop and regularly update the content plan for each social network —Generate content, create catchy topics for the Fund’s social networks and constantly update them; —Support Fundraising andPR teams interms ofthe Fund’s partners projects and fundraising campaigns; —Monitor and analyze the effectiveness ofSocial Media Profiles, continuously refining strategies for optimal results; —Interact with the audience through comments, direct messages, and other forms ofcommunication; —Launch the engagement campaigns topromote Fund’s content via paid advertising; —Work onimproving the Fund’s social networks based onworld innovation trends; —Monitor the development trends and algorithms ofsocial networks; —Analyze and validate the data for conducting effective campaigns and constant improvement ofboth Ukrainian and global pages ofthe Fund Requirements —Minimum of2years ofsocial media management experience with afocus on brand growth; —Deep understanding ofFacebook, Instagram, and Twitter platforms and their advertising tools. -Skills towork inCanva, Figma, orother graphic design software ifurgent task and all our designers are busy —Experience working with diverse audiences, launching, and developing social networks ininternational markets —English atthe upper-intermediate level (written and spoken)—The ability towrite accurate, interesting, and understandable texts Competencies our team members dohave: Results focus Adaptivity and flexibility Creativity and innovation Customer-centric approach Initiative Teamwork What wepropose: Full time Remote work Medical insurance Market level salary Work inafast-growing company with great noble purpose Children ofHeroes ofUkraine Foundation actively promotes equality, diversity and inclusion.
