We invite to work a highly qualified and motivated SMM manager (Content Maker) to promote our company and products.

Duties that we have for you we delegate:

• Maintaining the brand image;
• Business trips (readiness for business trips);
• What needs to be done:
• create a strategy for maintaining pages in social networks (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook);
• generate creative ideas for of content (posts, Reels, stories, memes, interactives);
• write texts that touch and sell;
• plan and publish content on schedule;
• analyze results and propose ideas for increasing reach and followers;
• participate in shooting and directing videos.
• Create content: generates texts, photos, videos, images, podcasts and other materials.

Requirements:

• experience with Instagram and TikTok from 1 year;
• understanding of social network algorithms and trends;
• creativity and ability to generate non-standard ideas;
• competent Ukrainian language;
• basic understanding of analytics (reach, CTR, ER, etc.).

Will be a plus:

• canva / CapCut / Photoshop skills;
• experience in creating video content;
• examples of implemented projects or your own blog.
