SMM manager in VIZAVORK GRUP

We are ONE MORE GROUP, a marketing agency that helps brands stand out through creativity and quality content.

We are currently looking for a talented SMM specialist to help we need to turn ideas into content that will make the audience fall in love and sell.

Main duties:

• Development of brand promotion strategy on Instagram
• Creation and implementation of content plans (headings, tone of voice, topics)
• Preparation of creative content: posts, Reels, Stories, scripts and technical tasks of the videographer
• Designing and maintaining the visual style of accounts
• Communication with clients, coordination of materials
• Analysis of results and preparation of reports

We are looking for you if you:

• You have experience in SMM
• You know how to manage several projects at the same time - without losing quality and deadlines
• You understand marketing processes and basic analytics
• You think creatively, enjoy storytelling and non-standard solutions
• Responsible, systematic and always oriented for the result
• You know how to design pages visually (Canva, Figma)
• You have basic video editing skills

Working conditions:

• Full-time, remote
• Flexible schedule (it is possible to plan the beginning of the working days)

Currently there are already 3 active clients to work with

Rate from $1000 (depending on experience)

After 2 test months - an increase in the number of projects and pay rise
