SMM manager

The MOODua company is a corporate gift and merch service that is trusted by more than 450 companies, including Monobank, Grammarly, Raiffeisen Bank. We create unique business solutions and develop a new corporate culture through attention and care.

We are currently looking for a SMM manager in the creative department to help us realize our business goals through social media.

Main tasks:

• management of company accounts in Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn according to the agreed strategy;

• analysis of CA and competitors, coordination of strategy;

• planning content plan and grid;

• creation of 3-6 stories daily (Mon-Fri), 2-3 publications per week (texts + design);

• filming and editing of content for publications and stories (3-4 times a month);

• publications in Telegram (20 short posts per month) and LinkedIn (4 posts per month);

• moderation of messages, reviews and comments;

• launching targeted advertising (developing layouts independently or through a designer, setting up advertising);

• monthly analytics and reporting for each channel;

• writing texts for external communication (up to 5 short texts per month) and blog articles (up to 2 per month).

Requirements:

• work experience in the field of SMM from 1 year;

• Certificate of courses in SMM/Target or Design;

• knowledge of graphic editors (Figma, Canva, CapCut, Photoshop/Illustrator will be an advantage);

• creativity and understanding of SMM trends;

• preferred — skills to work with Notion.

Necessary competencies:

• strategic thinking and analytics;

• creativity in content creation;

• communication skills (working with subscribers, influencers, partners);

• ability to launch and optimize advertising in Meta Ads;

• organization, attention to details, proactivity.

KPI (key performance indicators):

• follower growth and engagement rate (ER);

• conversions from social networks (clicks, applications, purchases);

• efficiency of advertising campaigns (CPL, ROI);

• community activity and mention of the MOODua brand.
