Functional duties of the position:

Participation in the process of building the company's SMM strategy and ensuring its implementation
SMM-marketing analysis of competitors and trends
Development and implementation of SMM campaigns for brand and service promotion
Development of ideas for engaging the audience through various publication formats and advertising (together with a target specialist)
Preparation of a content plan taking into account current topics, events, info drives and company products
Copywriting and design (together with a graphic designer) of publications and advertising creatives in accordance with the brand style of the company
Organization of photo and video shoots on a permanent basis, material processing
Preparation, editing and assembly of materials
Administration of social networks
Preparation of reports on promotion in social networks
Analysis of the obtained results and preparation of recommendations for improvement
Requirements for the candidate
Professional knowledge and skills
High level of written and spoken Ukrainian and English (level above B2 would be an advantage)
Understanding current trends in SMM and media promotion
Understanding modern trends and principles of SMM communications
Understanding the workings of the architectural design and construction market (will be an advantage)
Education Requirements

Education in the field of marketing, journalism, PR (will be an advantage)
Completion of additional courses in marketing, PR technologies, journalism, copywriting, design
Requirements for work experience
From 1 year of experience in SMM
Portfolio with successfully implemented SMM projects
Experience with the architecture and construction market will be an advantage (will be an advantage)
Owning certain software, applications
Excellent Microsoft Office and Google Drive skills
Ability to develop design creatives Canva, Figma (will be an advantage)
Ability to work with basic editing programs for designing stories, short videos and subtitles
Experience with AI programs — ChatGPT, Bard, Gemini, Midjourney, etc. (will be an advantage)

Test tasks (choose at least 2 out of 4, of your choice):
1. Analyze the company's Instagram page. Provide 10 tips for improving the page in terms of posting and design, and up to 10 things that should definitely be continuedmake, justify the choice.
2. Prepare a content plan of 6 publications that present the experience, expertise and benefits of working with the company for the client.
3. Write a storytelling script for Stories (6-7 Stories), in which you need to interest the followers, invite them to share their questions and opinions on the topic, share an expert publication on the topic, interestingly present some important fact or statistic.
4. Prepare a technical task for a designer/photographer to design graphics for a post and promote in advertising in various formats for Facebook and Instagram.
