We are currently looking for a talented, creative and ambitious player to join the marketing team - SMM Manager.
Basic requirements:
- Experience of managing pages in social networks from two years: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of their algorithms, capabilities and limitations
< Ability to develop and implement a strategy for social media with reference to business goals. Ability to work with Meta Business Manager, Creator Studio knowledge of launching targeted advertising and its analysis (training is available)- Desirable experience of cooperation with bloggers and the public (will be an advantage)
- Ability to write catchy short informative texts for posts
- Free use of graphic editors: Photoshop, Figma
- Ability to edit videos for Stories, Reels (knowledge of a video editor will be an advantage)
- Knowledge of deferred posting services
- Experience in the B2B field (preferred)
- Nayaavailability of successful cases and recommendations
- Fluency in the Ukrainian language

What exactly will you need to do:
- Maintenance of pages in social networks in three areas of the company's activity
- Development and implementation of strategies for the development of the company's social networks
- Preparation of a monthly content plan for all social network pages. Content for Facebook and Instagram is duplicated. Generating ideas, information leads based on the description and characteristics of the existing product. videos, events that take place in the company
- Create all types of content: texts and creatives for posts, Stories, Reels. We are constantly shooting new
- Analyze the effectiveness of your own work and make decisions to improve its results.
- Carrying out activities to attract the audience and increasing the number of subscribers
- Quickly react to trends in the network
- Interact with the audience: responses to comments, communication with CA
- Reporting on the results of work
