SMM Manager in Universe

We are looking for a creative SMM Manager, which /which will become part of a powerful communications team. In this role, you will work to strengthen the Universe Group brand on social media (Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook). 

Universe Group is a Ukrainian company that launches global IT products. The Universe group of companies creates mobile applications and web platforms to simplify and improve the quality of people's lives.

In the role of SMM Manager in our team, you will focus on promoting the employer brand: on the one hand, you will help businesses find great specialists for their teams, on the other hand, you will support people in their job search. Admittedly, we are bold and open to testing different formats and approaches when creating content, so any creative ideas you have that will help you achieve your goals will have room for implementation. In addition, you will be regularly involved in the organization of various educational partnerships and initiatives. 

This position assumes a hybrid format< /strong> – you will be able to combine work in the office 2-3 days a week with remote work. Location — Kyiv. 

Your future tasks:

• Створення контент-плану для соціальних мереж (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)

• Розробка та пошук нових рубрик для постів і сторіз. 

• Робота з модерацією та надання своєчасних відповідей на запити.

• Написання сценаріїв і проведення зйомок на телефон для соцмереж (Stories, Reels).

• Відстежування трендів і підготовка ситуативного контенту. 

• Аналіз своєї роботи (щомісячний трек та аналіз результативності ведення соцмереж). 

Що треба, щоб до нас приєднатися:

• Від 2 років комерційного досвіду в ролі SMM-спеціаліста. 

• Мати досвід створення контент-плану та роботи з текстами. 

• Вміти знімати на телефон (Stories, Reels). 

• Мати кейси впровадження нових ідей та підходів у роботі. 

• Аналізувати свою роботу та вміти працювати по KPI. 

• Навички ведення перемовин і роботи в команді. 

Будуть перевагою: 

• Редакторська чи журналістська освіта. 

• Досвід запуску рекламних кампаній. 

• Навички роботи у Figma.
