SMM manager in ARGUNOVA

Employer: ARGUNOVA (https://www.instagram.com/argunova.marketing/) is a Ukrainian digital marketing agency. Among the clients are 250+ companies from 6 countries of the world, in particular the B2B direction. 

?Responsibilities:    

• work with Instagram/FB/LinkedIn, conduct analysis and formulate strategies;
• create cool visuals, stories, mount reels;
• form creative content plans;
• analyze the effectiveness of work on the project; 
• work in a team with copywriters, a target specialist, a designer.

Requirements for the candidate:

• case studies with the results of managing Instagram/FB;
• skills for working with Figma; 
• creativity and courage to introduce new ideas; 
• understanding of the basics of marketing, sales funnel;
• organization and the ability to clearly plan work;
• initiative and responsibility for the result, the desire to develop as a specialist and achieve goals.  

Will be a plus:  

• experience working with LinkedIn, Telegram, TikTok; 
• understanding the specifics of working with European markets.
