Your functional responsibilities will be:

• Developing and following a social media presence strategy with business goals in mind;
• Interaction with the smm agency, setting tasks, creating a content plan and KPI control;
• Cooperation with other departments to ensure content compliance in all categories;
• Willingness to independently generate content for business tasks: from developing concepts to writing texts and placing them in channels;
• Involvement in moderating channels for operational providing feedback on follower comments;
• Generating creative ideas and onlinen activities to promote the company in social networks;
• Monitoring and analysis of campaign effectiveness;
• Study of new trends in social networks and adapting them to increase effectiveness
• Conducting photo and video shoots together with agencies: participation in the development of ideas and monitoring of implementation.

• Possession of practical Project Management skills;
• Experience in a similar position from 2 years
• Deep understanding of the features of various social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Linkedn.);
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to create content that attracts and captivates the audience;
• Knowledge of current trends, constant tracking of situational topics, analysis of their relevance to the brand

• Skills in working with Adobe Photoshop and video editors will be a plus;
• High responsibility and result orientation;< /li>
• Ability to make decisions and justify them;
• Creativity, initiative and the ability to create quality and attractive content;< /li>
• Higher education: marketing, journalism;
• English: English Upper – Intermediate;
