SMM manager in Fragment agency

Welcome, we are creative design agency FRGMNT! Already in two years of our existence, we managed to work with such projects as Sister's Aroma, Ministry of Digital Transformation, Cryptomannn, Spazio, The Icon, Marokana, Lapin House and others, and now we have entered the international market. We have a very good vibe, it's interesting, and most importantly, it's promising. Our office is located in the center of Kyiv, near the Olimpiyska metro station.

Responsibilities:

1. Development and implementation of an SMM strategy to increase engagement and subscriber growth;
2. Creation and planning of content (texts, images, videos) for social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.);
3. Maintenance of corporate pages in social networks, regular updating and publication of content;

4. Social media monitoring, interaction with subscribers, responses to comments and messages;
5. Creation of KP, scripts, storytelling, briefs for various social networks;
6. Formation, distribution and control of the use of advertising budgets.

Requirements:

1. Work experience of 2 years or more;
2. Higher education in the field of marketing, communications , journalism or related disciplines;
3. Basic skills of working with Figma; mobile applications for creating stories/reels/posts/; AI; programs for creating videos and animations; task managers; services that automate posting;
4. Successful experience in attracting organic traffic in social networks;
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

2. Work schedule from 10:00 to 19:00 (can be flexible);
