We expect our person to:

• Knows the basics of marketing, the principles of modern tools and technologies and understands the algorithms of Instagram, Facebook;

• Understands what creatives work and why they work;< /p>

• Thinks creatively and is ready to propose a working strategy for any CA;

• Able to write text and creative scripts that sell;

• You like and know how to work in a team.

Would be an advantage:

- Ability to work with Canva, Photoshop, Figma, CapCut / InShot and other editors;
- Experience setting up effective advertising in social networks;

- Experience with such social networks as Tik Tok and Linkidin;

- Experience of working with projects in the market of Europe, USA and Canada;

- Proficiency in English (B1-B2).

What needs to be done:

- Market and competitor analysis;

- Create creatives from scratch (posts, stories, reels), or write technical specifications for the designer;
- Lead and control projects (content plan, daily stories + posts, planning of the feed);
- Develop strategies for promoting pages of social networks (Instagram, Facebook, tik-tok);

- Creation of reports and analysis of channel effectiveness.
