SMM manager in The Right to Protection, CF

BF "Right to Protection" (Fund) is a charitable foundation operating in in partnership with HIAS, a global refugee relief organization. The Foundation focuses on providing assistance to internally displaced persons, persons in need of international protection, stateless persons, persons at increased risk of statelessness and persons without documents. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and implements programs of providing direct legal assistance throughout Ukraine, and also promotes changes in the national legal base, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights.

BF "Pravo na protection" is looking for a candidate for the position of SMM manager.

Duties

In coordination with the Head of the RI Department, in cooperation with communication managers and Fund specialists, the SMM manager will be responsible for:

• Communication activities for promotion and posting of information about BF "Right to Protection" on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Linkedin pages;
• Collection and processing of information to create content;
• Control of the fulfillment of requirements and plans of projects, partners, donors regarding activity in social networks;
• Control of the implementation of communication and other policies of the Foundation;

• Creating content plans and materials: videos, photos, visuals, texts for social networks;
• Setting up paid campaigns, monitoring indicators and reporting through Ads Manager.

Requirements:

• Experience of working with social networks Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn, as well as with Ads Manager from 2 years;
• Understanding of trends, algorithms and settings of social networks,

• Graduate higher education, preferably in the field of journalism, marketing or psychology;
• Cultural sensitivity and diplomacy, tolerance;
• High level of communication and time management skills at a high level;
• Knowledge of PR tools and social network development;
• High level of writing skills, content creation using CANVA, Figma, Photoshop, InShot, VN and others;
• Awareness of humanitarian topics such as rights protection, displacement, education, mental health support, etc.;
• B2 English knowledge;
• Creativity, proactivity, stress resistance.
