IMPORTANT, we are considering candidates for FULL employment in the staff. You are our ideal candidate if: You are fluent in the written Ukrainian language, you know the grammar perfectly. You have experience in promoting brands in TikTok (it will be an advantage (!) You know Figma or Photoshop, Canva (experience in creating content for Stories). You can write structured texts for posts according to ToV. You have experience working with opinion leaders (full cycle — from search to creating a brief). You know how to analyze ER content. You have experience in organizing photo and video shoots. You understand the basics of marketing. You have experience in the beauty industry with cosmetic products (preferably professional cosmetics). Always up to date with trends in the SMM world and the beauty industry. You have analytical skills, high productivity, you meet deadlines. You have 3 years of experience as an SMM specialist. What you need to do: Develop SMM strategies for the brand's social networks (Instagram, Tik-tok) and participation in the development of marketing strategies. Monitor trends in SMM and implement them on the page. Competent copywriting: writing creative posts, texts for advertising and headlines for banners. Full management of an Instagram account: creation of a content plan, Stories, a visual component. Duplicate content on Facebook. Implement for social networks.
