SMM Manager in SevenPro

We are looking for an SMM manager who will work on the development and strengthening of social networks and the implementation of the marketing strategy of the SevenPro brand. If you are a professional in your field, have successful cases of developing pages on LinkedIn/Instagram/Facebook, we will point out your CV! Your area of ​​responsibility: Development of accounts in social networks: Linkedin (b2b), Instagram and Facebook (employee brand); Writing SMM strategy and developing a content plan; Creation of photos and video content; Writing and publishing posts/articles/stories/reels in English and Ukrainian according to the content plan; Hiring a technical designer to create visuals; Development of creatives for advertising, launch of advertising through Meta Ads and analysis of results; Generation of new ideas and testing; Conducting regular reporting, analysis the effectiveness of adjusting the SMM strategy based on this data. We expect from you: At least 2 years of work experience as an SMM manager in the IT company; Confident experience in working with LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook; Availability of successful cases of promoting a LinkedIn business page; Experience in independently drawing up an SMM strategy and content plan ;Experience in developing a complete analysis of the target audience and analysis of competitors;Knowledge of copywriting and the ability to write texts in any format;Ability to work with graphic design platforms (Canva, Figma) and video editors;Fluent command of the Ukrainian language, in particular knowledge of modern Ukrainian spelling;High level of self-organization and adherence to deadlines; Creativity, the ability to present your ideas and argue your vision; Knowledge of the English language is on par with an Upper-intermediate peer.
