To scale and implement our plans, we are starting a search for a talented SMM lead who is ready to create and implement the most creative ideas on the market) Requirements: Experience in SMM for 2 years or more; Experience in successful team management; Organization and project management in notion; Experience in working with targeted advertising: control of the work of contractors for the launch of targets and creation of ideas for creativesPractical experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies for the development of a personal and school brand; Having a general vision of the global market and a deep understanding of the peculiarities of the local market of online education, analytical thinking; The ability to structure and solve complex Tasks; Advanced skills in using Google Sheets (Excel), Notion; Responsibilities: Work with a digital marketer and a team of SMM account managers. Help and control in organizing the work of the marketing department team. Creating TOR for important content units and providing TOR to designers; SMM check - content plans from the team; Mobile solutions to current urgent tasks; Training of managers and help with the implementation of the content plan, holding meetings; Monitoring the effectiveness of social networks and a weekly report.
