SMM Global Team Lead in PIN-UP Global

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in Social Media Management, preferably within the IT sector;
• A minimum of 2 years in a leadership role;
• Strong leadership skills: ability to inspire and motivate, set goals, think strategically, self-motivation, effective communication, and empathy;
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to focus and prioritize in alignment with business goals;
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher;
• Highly proactive attitude;
• Up-to-date with the latest news and trends in the IT industry;
• Exceptional ability to distinguish between trendy and outdated content;
• Strong visual literacy and familiarity with top-tier visual content;
• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles, including composition, typography, and color theory;
• Proficiency in impactful copywriting;

• Moderate imposter syndrome, constantly analyzing and improving your work.

   

Will be plus

• Skills in video production and animation: ability to create and edit video and animated content will be a significant advantage;
• Recognition as a “People’s Artist of Ukraine.“;
• Experience in running social media advertising campaigns: expertise in creating and optimizing paid social media campaigns;
• Experience in the iGaming industry;
• Skills in rap and breakdancing;
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Figma;

• Skills in Adobe Premiere / Final Cut.

   

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SMM strategies;
• Lead and manage a team of SMM specialists and a videographer;
• Collaborate with other teams within the organization;
• Track SMM metrics and report on performance;
• Regularly analyze the effectiveness of SMM strategies and make adjustments as needed;
• Monitor news and innovations in the IT sector to develop relevant SMM strategies;
• Stay informed about the goals and priorities of PIN-UP and adapt your work accordingly;
• Provide support to the team by offering feedback, mentorship, and assistance in resolving challenging situations;
• Actively participate in the development and enhancement of the PIN-UP ecosystem by proposing new ideas and solutions.
