SMM Digital Designer (AI) in Industrial Media

Digital agency Industrial Media is looking for a designer to create visual content for social networks and advertising campaigns. The format is part-time employment or project work with the prospect of transitioning to full-time. Who we are. We work with the local (medium+ business) and international market. We dive deeply into the product, research the audience, launch large-scale SMM strategies, performance campaigns and AI creatives.

The scope of tasks — from thoughtful design systems to creative Reels, AI-generative projects and promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Creation of visual content for SMM: Reels, Stories, banners, posts, moodboards, key visuals.
• Development and implementation of creative concepts based on the brand guide.
• Editing of short videos (Reels / TikTok).
• Retouching and color correction of photos and video frames.
• Generation of AI-visuals according to the brand concept.
• Preparation of creatives for publication according to the technical requirements of TikTok / Instagram / Facebook / LinkedIn.
• Work in tandem with a copywriter, SMM specialist and art director.
• Adherence to deadlines and competent management of tasks.

We expect from you

Hard skills

• Experience in creating design-creatives for social networks (required portfolio).
• Confident command of Figma (components, auto-layout, variables).
• Ability to edit Reels: basic level.
• Photo retouching — preferably confident.
• Practical experience with AI-tools for generating visuals.
• Ability to adapt the style to the brand.
• Understanding composition, typography, colors, rhythm.

Soft skills

• Independence in finding solutions.
• Ability to argue design decisions.
• Attention to details.
• Willingness to work with a high pace of content plans.
• Interest in AI innovations and desire to learn every day.

Will a plus

• Experience in creating simple motion animations.
• Experience in creating advertising creatives (Meta Ads / Google Ads).
• Understanding communications in the B2B segment.
