SMM/Content Specialist (Employer Brand) in Diya

The focus of work:
– development and implementation of content strategy for external social networks (vacancies, team stories, case studies); 
– launch and development of the Ministry's new Threads channel; 
– creation and distribution of content about the team and culture of the Ministry of Digital in existing social networks (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn); 
– updating the content of the career site and ensuring compliance with the EVP; 
– ensure compliance of EVP content and brand standards at all points of contact with candidates (vacancies, offers, career pages, newsletters); 
– prepare materials for media and special projects (team stories, case studies, blogs about career opportunities); 
– develop visual and video materials both independently and in cooperation with designers and the production team. 

We expect from you:
- higher education; 
– 1+ year of experience in SMM or content marketing; 
- willingness to work in the office, in Kyiv (hybrid format with visiting the office 2-3 times a week is possible in the future); 
– understanding the algorithms and specifics of social networks Threads, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn; 
– experience in writing texts in various formats — announcements, posts, team stories, blogs; 
– knowledge of basic SMM metrics and ability to analyze content effectiveness; 
– excellent grammar and writing skills in Ukrainian; 
– creativity and openness to new ideas, readiness to independently implement trends in SMM; 
– strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. 

Will be a plus:
– experience in HR or Employer Branding; 
- the ability to work with basic tools for creating content (Figma, Canva, CapCut or AI tools).
