Basic skills: * Deep understanding of the Telegram platform * Ability to generate a funnel for targeted action * Skills in creating a variety of attractive content, staging TZ for designers, working as task managers and synchronous work with related departments * Ability to analyze data and metrics such as audience engagement, ERR, conversions, subscriber growth and others success indicators, to evaluate the effectiveness of content and develop strategies for its improvement. * Understanding of algorithms and SEO * Insight into methods of content optimization * Experience in effective management of TG channels/communities/groups Main functionality: * Development and regular updating of content promotion strategy. * Drawing up a content plan. * Monitoring and analysis of key metrics, reporting. * Formation of ideas and plans with scenarios for creating a content strategy. * Creation of concepts for various actions aimed at increasing audience reach (contests, raffles, surveys, etc.). * Tracking new trends in mechanics to improve promotion efficiency. * Cooperate with external specialists, drawing up technical specifications if necessary; * Preparation of reports on work performed.
