SMM Content Manager for Creative Agency in ZonPhoto

We are a creative & friendly Latvian-Ukrainian agency for Amazon brands. 🌍 Founded in 2019 by successful amazon seller, we have grown to a small team of 15 know for exceptional design. We are regular participants in international conferences, and our brand is respected and highly recommended among clients.

Now we're looking for an active, energetic, and creative SMM content creator to help us attract more clients through our social media channels! 🚀

Accounts you will be managing:

• Instagram: zonphoto.agency 📸
• Personal brand (CEO): LinkedIn Vadim Petrov👤
• LinkedIn (Company Page): Company Page ZonPhoto 🏢
  
   

📅 Posting Frequency:

• LinkedIn: 3 times a week
• Instagram: 3 times a week
• Instagram Stories: Monday to Friday (daily)
   
   

💼 Preferred Experience:

• Preferably experience in promoting an agency (rather than beauty or restaurants)
• Proven successful experience
• Strong experience in English written content ✍️
• Important skill: good taste in design! (Ability to create beautiful, minimalist, and clean banners according to our standards) 🎨
   
   

📈 KPI: The goal of this position is to attract more clients (lead generation) through social media.

💡 Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement content plans for Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Maintain the posting frequency: LinkedIn and Instagram 3 times a week; daily Instagram Stories from Monday to Friday.
• Analyze the effectiveness of posts and optimize strategies to improve engagement and lead generation.
• Creative and strategic thinking to create unique and attractive campaigns aimed at increasing the client base.
   
   

🛠️ Skills:

• Advanced English copywriting skills
• Experience in SMM and marketing, with the ability to manage social media for lead generation.
• Proficient in design tools such as Canva and Photoshop; experience with CapCut for video editing.
   
   

🔄 Plus Points:

• Ability to create sales funnels (we use Convertri).
• Ability to create email campaigns (ActiveCampaign).
