SMM/Content Manager (Communication Team)

We are strengthening our Communications Team. We are looking for a creative SMM/Content Manager who is ready to go beyond templates with us. It is important for us to make our brand special and competitive, so we welcome all the creative ideas you bring to our group.

This position is about more than SMM and content management. This is a good opportunity to open up and grow professionally. We will give you the opportunity to expand your competences in the areas you are interested in, as well as lead individual global projects.

You will be able to work on promotional campaigns not only within Ukraine, but also to enter new, foreign markets.

Team composition:

With your arrival, we will strengthen our Communications Team. Currently, there are five players in the team, who are engaged in areas such as Employer Brand, Public Relations, SMM, CSR and Copywriting.

Your influence:

🚀 Development of the company pages on LinkedIn and the personal page of one of the Delivery directors.

🚀 Ownership at work: from strategy to results analytics.

🚀Management of SMM parts: planning, creating materials, setting tasks for vendors, managing deadlines and quality.

🚀 Cooperation with Business Development/Sales teams in the development and implementation of content strategy.

🚀 Engagement with Delivery Director to work with his personal brand on LinkedIn.

🚀 Creation of B2B content for the Europe/USA market.

🚀 Achieving results through various marketing tools. You will have the freedom to test and implement your own ideas and approaches.

We are looking for someone who has:

🚀 Experience in Content/PR or SMM from 1.5 years (in commercial projects);

🚀 Systematic approach to work, creativity and proactivity;

🚀 Understanding of trends, tools and content formats;

🚀 Full-cycle content creation skills: from visual to text;

🚀 Ability to work with targeted advertising on LinkedIn.

🚀 Knowledge of English at Intermediate+ level

🚀 Ability or desire to learn cooperation with vendors: designer, copywriter, etc.

Will come in handy:

🚀 Experience in working with Figma, video editors.

🚀 Understanding the specifics of B2B content.

🚀 Experience in the field of IT or understanding of the specifics of the IT market.

Recruiting process:

1. Online interview with our recruiter - 20-30 minutes.
