FuseBase is an all-in-one client collaboration platform developed by Nimbus Web. We are an American-Ukrainian company founded in 2014 and based in Cleveland, Ohio. Our international team is fully remote, which means we work with awesome people from all over the world — and you will too!

Teams get a powerful workspace to collaborate effortlessly, while clients enjoy a dedicated, branded portal for updates and smooth communication.

📌 Your responsibilities:

• Create and publish high-quality content that resonates with target audiences and drives action;
• Develop and execute engaging content plans that align with brand voice and marketing goals;
• Create in-depth guides, posts, and content to help users maximize the value of using FuseBase;
• Update and optimize website content regularly using WordPress (no worries—we’ll teach you the tech stuff!);
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, briefing ideas and tasks.

🤝 What we expect from you:

• Proven background as a Social Media Manager (1+ year) or in a comparable role;
• English — C1+
• A genuine interest in SaaS, IT, and complex products;
• Excellent copywriting skills;
• Strong skills in analyzing data to extract valuable insights;
• The ability to work autonomously and adeptly in a remote setting;
• Startup mindset.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with WordPress or similar services;
• Basic knowledge of Figma.
