We are growing and looking for a creative person from Lviv to join the team, who will create advertising creatives for Meta Ads and shoot/edit photo/video content for SMM projects.

What you need to do:

• create creatives for advertising in Meta in compliance with design rules
• adapt creatives to different formats: tape, stories, reels
• generate ideas for creative presentation of a product or offer
• shoot and edit content for Instagram projects
• help with the generation of ideas for content in SMM projects: photos, videos, short videos, design + follow trends
• perform tasks according to technical specifications and offer your creative ideas to improve the result
• quickly adapt to the style and tasks of different projects
• think of content headings
• create content plans for request
• generate ideas for shooting photos/videos
• create texts for publications
• publish agreed content on project pages
• analyze the results of your work and adapt content to improve results

You are our ideal candidate if:

• you live in Lviv
• you have experience in creating advertising creatives for Meta Ads (static, video)
• you have an understanding of why and how creatives attract attention and bring results
• you haveexperience with Canva, CapCut, InShot, Figma or similar
• you have skills in shooting and editing video content (frame construction, voiceover, superimposing subtitles, transitions, selection and superimposition of music...)
• you understand the specifics of social network algorithms and understand what content needs to be created to achieve specific goals
• you have a good visual taste, attention to detail. sense of style, follow trends and know how to filter out inappropriate ones for a specific project
• can work quickly, responsibly and meet deadlines
• initiative (a), independent (a) and open (a) to edits
• have a portfolio or examples of your work and can provide them for evaluation
